Help us have musics.

A lot of you people are good at making music and songs. You should put that talent to use, and make us some theme songs.

Get the drops.

You can download a .zip file of vocal droplets here. Inside, you will find the raw VO elements that Sean and I used for the newest version of the Brianisinyou theme song. You’ll also find a folder full of classic Brianisinyou sound bites. Feel free to go into our show archives, and rip out any other audio bites that you would like to use.

Mix the Stuff.

The final goal is a 15-35 second song to be played at the head of shows. Please use high quality samples (no overcompressed mp3s), and keep any soundbites current. When you’re done, either bounce uncompressed audio (AIFF/WAV), or an MP3 no lower than 192kbps.

Send it out.

Once your remix is done, get it to us. You can either attach the it to an email, or use a service like drop.io to send the file to show@brianisinyou.net. If it’s good enough, we’ll add it to the regular theme-song rotation.
